Abstract

The 24 clinical cases of canine patients suffering with trauma of abdominal region were included in this study. After detailed history and the physical examination, definite diagnosis was made on the basis of haematobiochemical, radiographic, ultrasonographic and laparoscopic findings. On the basis of observations made, it was concluded that ultrasonography is effective for the diagnosis of the trauma of the internal abdominal organs in dogs.
