Upper gastrointestinal endoscopic findings in dogs

Abstract

The present study was conducted on sixteen clinical cases of upper gastrointestinal tract disorders using flexible endoscopy after overnight fasting under general anaesthesia. The affection like GERD, oesophageal hyperemia, oesophageal stricture, foreign body, oesophageal polyps, haemorrhagic gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastric foreign body, pyloric stenosis and petechial haemorrhage were diagnosed and managed accordingly.
