Sixteen cases of canine transmissible venereal tumour were treated with VP3 gene alone or in combination with vincristine. Complete recovery was noted in animals treated with vincristine alone or combination with VP3 gene. Intralesional injection of VP3 induced moderate regression of the tumour.
