Abstract

The paper describes the intracapsular lens extraction technique for the management of anteriorly luxated cataractous lens in four dogs without intraocular lens implantation. Results were satisfactory, and it was concluded that an early diagnosis and removal of anteriorly luxated lens is helpful in restoration of the vision in middle and old aged dogs.
