Eleven horses presented with history of varying degrees of corneal opacity, epiphora, photophobia, conjunctivitis, blepharospasm and ocular discomfort live motile worm swirling in the anterior chamber of eye. A small stab incision with No. 11 BP blade was made at 4 O’clock position on the limbus to remove the worms. In two cases, needle paracentesis was done to remove the worm. All the horses showed uneventful complete recovery with clearance of the corneal opacity in 4-5 weeks, except for one horse, which showed the complication of glaucoma.
