I am proposing here the design of commercial biogas plant for CNG production, which can digest 2500 tons cattle dung per annum and produce 110–130 tons CNG per annum. I am also proposing herewith an arrangement of water saving which will reduce the over all water consumption. Loading methods & regulations are also suggested to maintain pH value, C/N ratio, dilution & retention time for optimal growth of methanogenic bacteria in the digester.
