Abstract

This study investigates the perceptions of users regarding the utilization of social media platforms in library marketing. With the pervasive influence of social media in contemporary society, libraries are increasingly rotating to these platforms to encourage their services, events, and resources. However, understanding how users perceive such marketing efforts is crucial for effective implementation. Through surveys and interviews, this study aims to explore users' attitudes, preferences, and opinions concerning the usage of social media by libraries for marketing resolutions. The findings provide insights into the effectiveness of current strategies and suggest potential improvements for better engaging library patrons through community media channels.
