Abstract

Relationships are a part of a social structure. This paper focuses on two different aspects of human nature and relationship. The first beautiful relationship is of a government official mother and her special child Chaitanya. The second relationship is about the poet and writer, Amrita Pritam and Painter Imroz. They have a platonic relationship where they live together with each other without any social seal. These people face the society and defend their relationship. Neela proves the faith that she has in her son, to the society. On the other hand, Amrita ignores social customs and lives with Imroz on her own terms.
