Abstract

This paper represents the study of the compressive strength of concrete with recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) which was generated by demolition of old buildings, pavements etc. In the raid development of the country, construction of buildings is increasing and also huge demand of concrete. With the increase of construction, demolition also increasing which will affect the environment if not disposed properly. The main motive of this study is to reuse the demolition waste as a aggregate in concrete. In this study concrete were replaced in the ratio of 0%, 50% and 100% with natural aggregate. Reuse of aggregate helps to conserves the use of natural aggregate and reduce the disposal of waste.
