Reliable route is essential for reliable delivery of information in vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET). The messages from a source node in VANET ought to be delivered to the right destination at the right time. Packet drop attack has been observed as one of the serious threat that can affect the proper functionality of VANET. In this paper, I proposed Packet Relay Feedback Recovery (PRFR) algorithms that can hinder the effect of packet drop attack in ad-hoc formation of multihop communication in VANET.
