Now a days, the use of image processing techniques are increased as they are fast and can help us in saving life, we can use these techniques in several medical areas for image improvement in earlier detection and treatment stages, where the time factor is very important to discover the abnormality issues in target images, especially in various cancer tumours such as lung cancer, breast cancer and so on. The different phases for analysis include image acquisition, object segmentation, feature selection and extraction and finally classification. However, certain open issues need to be tackled such as presence of marker, twisted or overlapped chromosomes. This method is more about diagnosing at early and crucial stages with intelligent computational techniques with various distortion removals by segmentation techniques and algorithms which are the root concept of image processing. Lung cancer detection system has three steps to detect the presence of cancer nodule in lung. Pre-processing stage, feature extraction stage and lung cancer cell identification are the steps. Pre-processing main steps are image enhancement and image segmentation. The enhanced Computed tomography (CT) image of lungs then passed through segmentation phase. In this paper, we are describing some techniques to analyse the (CT) scan images of human in lung cancer using image processing, in which we are going to use image enhancement technique to zoom the image of chromosome and then we are going to compare it to another one.
