A 10 years old she buffalo with history of accidental severe burns from dorsal surface, area of neck to pin bone which involve the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin was treated. The emergency treatment with administration of intravenous fluids along with antibiotic, steroid and antihistamines was advocated. Dressings with silver sulfadiazine hydrophilic and acriline ointment along with lignocaine jelly and after remolding phase, glycerin, acriline ointment and boric acid preparations. Uneventful recovery of animal was reported.
