Snake-bite envenomation in farm animals is a critical condition that needs examination and emergency treatment. If not attended, it may end up in death of the animal. A four year old Holstein Friesen crossbred cow was presented with history of snake bite. The animal was treated with intravenous administration of polyvalent snake venom antiserum along with the fluids, tetanus toxoid, ceftriaxone and dexamethasone. The animal recovered uneventfully.
