A case of tetanus in a pup was treated with large doses of long acting penicillins along with anti toxins and muscle relaxants. Supportive medication included parentral dextrose saline, balanced electrolyte infusion, antioxidants and nervine tonics. The successful treatment of the case over a period of one and a half month was recorded.
