A pluriparous crossbred cow was reported with chronic cervico-vaginal prolapse with follicular cyst. The mass was reduced and replaced to its normal position. To prevent the recurrence, buhner's suture was applied on the vulvar lips. The treatment was also supported by hormonal, antibiotic and supportive drugs. After treatment, the animal recovered uneventfully.
