The present case represents the successful management of urethral prolapse in a bull dog. A uncastrated bull dog was presented with the history of intermittent blood dripping from prepuce and licking the preputial orifice. Thorough physical and clinical examination revealed a small reddened mass on the tip of the penis and diagnosed it was a case of urethral prolapse. Further radiographic examination revealed no metastatic lesions in the lung and no abnormality in kidney, urinary bladder and prostate gland. Surgically it was corrected and dog recovered unevenfully without any postoperative complications.
