Abstract

The therapeutic management of monocytic ehrlichiosis in a canine, where popliteal and sub mandibular lymphnode swelling was found as an associated symptom is discussed. Lymphocytosis, neutropenia, azotemia along with lymphadenopathy were the main findings. Treatment with fluids, anti-inflammatory agents and doxycycline was found effective.
