The present case report describes bilateral carpal hyperflexion in a Great dane pup. Tenotomy of flexor carpii ulnaris in both limbs was performed under butorphanol – acepromazine - glycopyrolate sedation and local anesthesia using 2% lignocaine. The hyperflexed carpal joints were straightened and supported with bandaging and splints. The pup recovered uneventfully.
