Abstract

Shortwave diathermy resulted in rapid resolution of torticollis and showed favourable therapeutic response in horse. On 10th day, torticollis had disappeared completely and the horse was able to walk and graze in a proper manner. Shortwave diathermy is a practically useful tool for the relief of torticollis is non-invasive, better and safer.
