A cow was presented with history of lameness, pain and difficult weight bearing in both the fore limbs since two weeks. Clinical examination revealed a marked bulge in both the shoulder regions during progression. Pain management, supportive therapy and physiotherapy resulted in uneventful recovery.
Paralysis, suprascapular, sweeny
