Abstract

A one year old female dog suffered with left comminuted midshaft tibial fractures was treated by intramedullary pinning with cerclage wiring. Clinical outcome was weight bearing on 1st post-operative week and radiographically bridging callus and full weight bearing on 4th post-operative week without gait abnormality.
