A Persian cat was referred with a history of fall from tenth floor. Computed radiography revealed fractures of distal right radius ulna and second right metacarpal, mid shaft oblique left tibial and pelvic bones. Normograde intra-medullary pinning of tibia reinforced with resin cast and further application of resin cast to right radius ulna along with rest resulted in uneventful recovery.
