Abstract

Comparative evaluation of two therapies for the management of acute bovine mastitis were evaluated in twenty two cows. Animals treated with Ceftriaxone and Tazobactam along with milk buffers, antioxidants and immunomodulators showed early clinical restoration of normal milk production as compared alone Ceftriaxone and Tazobactam treated group. Clinical efficacy confirmed the benefits of oral feeding of milk buffer, antioxidants and immuno-modulators along with antibacterial for faster clinical restoration and treatment of bovine mastitis.
