Eighteen repeat breeder Mehsana buffaloes were clinically treated using comparative therapeutic protocols. The relative therapeutic efficacy of two antimicrobial drugs viz. Cephalexin and Ciprofloxacin+Tinidazole were evaluated. The conception rates in Cephalexin and Ciprofloxacin + Tinidazole treated and untreated control groups were 66.66, 83.33 and 16.66 percent respectively. The comparative efficacy confirmed the superiority of Ciprofloxacin and Tinidazole combination over Cephalexin.
