Owing to the beneficial effect of Bone Marrow derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells therapy (BM-MSCs), a clinical application was attempted in a large sized chronic eight month old non-healing wound on right hind limb of a bull. The efficacy of technique was evaluated based on physiological, pathological and biochemical parameters. Photographic comparison and assessment, pain free walking distance, collagen tissue content, histopathological and histochemical analysis and tissue tensile strength evaluation confirming the clinical outcome. Application of BM-MSCs holds promising factor in healing of chronic non healing wound in bovines.
