A five and a half year old female Lhasapso was presented with the history of left side (unilateral) inguinal swelling since four months. Physical examination revealed irreducible soft mass at inguinal region. Surgery revealed that the herniated mass was uterus, bladder and mesentry. Animal made an uneventful recovery.
