A three year old cocker spaniel had a history of relapsing non-seasonal pruritic skin disorder along with increased faecal transit since last 6 months, failing to respond to treatment. The dog was fed on soya based products, milk and chapatti. Diagnosis and therapy was based on elimination diet basis. The case was diagnosed as food hypersensitivity dermatitis due to soya products.
