Flea allergy dermatitis and Dipylidium caninum infection was diagnosed in an eight month old Pomeranian dog and treated with Fipronil 0.25% spray along with topical application of Miconazole nitrate, Ofloxacin and Clobetasol propionate and Chlorpheniramine maleate injection and advised deworming. The case responded well to treatment and was fully cured after two weeks.
