A four month old German shepherd pup was presented with history of itching and alopecia all over body. Microscopic examination of skin scrapings revealed heavy infection with Demodex canis. Treatment with Ivermectin, amitraz, antibiotic, benzyl peroxide, fatty acid supplement lead to complete clinical recovery within seven weeks.
