Abstract

A Doberman was presented with alopecia and pruritus along with folliculitis and seborrhea. Skin scrapping was positive for Demodex canis. The case was diagnosed as generalized demodicosis with secondary bacterial infection and treated with Amitraz and oral antibacterials.
