Sarcoptic mange was diagnosed in two caprines based on microscopic presence of adult Sarcoptes mites and eggs in skin scrapings along with clinical signs of alopecia, hypotrichosis, erythema and hyperpigmentation. The animals were treated with Ivermectin, Amitraz and supportives resulting in marked improvement and disappearance of skin lesions and absence of mites in skin scrapings confirming efficacy and recovery.
