Pyoderma is one of the most common canine dermatological disorders with different clinical aspects. A Germen shepherd dog with clinical signs of itching reddened and ulcerated skin, chin acne, dry crusted areas with loss of hair, exudation of pus and serum was presented for treatment. The treatment was started with Inj. Ivermectin @ 1 ml s/c weekly, Inj. Prednisolone 2 ml, Inj. Meloxicam 2 ml i/m Inj. Ceftriaxone 500 mg bid, i/v with topical application of antibacterial daily for 7 days followed by oral for another7 days. The dog responded to treatment.
