Management of Acute Moist Dermatitis in a Dog

Abstract

Acute moist dermatitis was diagnosed in a male 1.5 year old, German shepherd dog on the basis of history, clinical examination of lesion and bacterial culture and sensitivity test. Management was done with topical Caladryl lotion injection of anistamin, prednisolone, meloxicam and oral amoxicillin plus clavulanic acid. Successful recovery was recorded in ten days.
