Autogenous Vaccination and Immunomodulation for Management of Cutaneous Papillomatosis in a Crossbred cow

A four year old cross bred cow was brought with history of cauliflower like nodular growths on udder, ventral side of abdomen, ears, face and neck since three months. On clinical examination, animal had multiple papilloma, varying in size from 5 to 100 mm in diameter and was diagnosed as generalized cutaneous papillomatosis and managed with autogenous vaccine and immunomodulator (Levamisole @ 3.5mg/kg, PO). Sloughing of warts from affected areas were observed after three weeks of treatment and significant clinical recovery was observed after six weeks of treatment.
