Two dogs (1 male and 1 female) were presented with progressively enlarging growth present on lateral aspect of right thigh and ventral abdomen, respectively. A fine needle aspirate collected revealed masses contained lipomatous tissue. Both masses were resected out surgically. Histopathological examination confirmed lipoma. The dogs recovered uneventfully with no recurrence upto 7 months of surgery.
