Abstract

A 9 years aged spitz dog was presented with history of development of progressive pedunculated growth at thoracic region behind elbow. Radiograph of ventral thoracic region revealed a mass which was not extending into thoracic cavity. Surgical excision of pedunculated mass was performed aseptically. The growth was diagnosed as fibroma on the basis of histopathological examination showing interlacing bundles of fibrobasts with collagen fibres.
