An uncastrated male Labrador dog was presented with progressively growing bilobed hard swelling in perianal area at dorsal aspect of anal orifice below tail. The tumor mass was surgically excised. Histopathological examination revealed islands of tumor cells separated by vascularised connective tissue stroma confirming hepatoid adenocarcinoma. The animal recovered well with no re-occurence upto one year of follow-up.
