The study was conducted in eighteen cases of intestinal Schistosomiasis affected (S.Spindale) goats. 9.18% (18/196) prevalence was observed among the Bengal breed of goats. Animal showed the signs of subnormal temperature, bottle jaw, gradual emaciation and watery chronic diarrhoea accompanied by meat like granulomatous mass. Haematology of affected animals revealed severe anaemia, eosinophilia and liver disorder. Praziquantel was found most effective in goat which not only eliminate the parasite along with liver tonic and ruminal boosters.
