A six month old Pomeranian pup was presented with bilateral mandible fracture. The lower jaw was completely hanging with inability to drink or eat. Bilateral mandibular fracture was repaired with stainless steel wire. Fracture healing was confirmed with radiograph after six weeks and wires were removed. Pup showed an uneventful recovery after two months.
