Two advance pregnant Sindhi mares were presented with history of recurrent colic. The mares were evaluated, diagnosis and treated clinically for uterine torsion. Detorsion was successfully achieved by single clockwise rolling with modified Schaffer's method under general anaesthesia. Healthy female foals were born after normal gestation period in both mares.
