The treatment and management of two advanced pregnant cows with different peri-parturient problems was achieved by inducing parturition using PGF2D in combination with Dexamethasone, along with Diethylstilbesterol (DES) and Valethamate bromide for dilation of cervix. Normal calving without any major complications during and after parturition were observed.
