Dystocia in a goat with deviation of neck and both fore limbs protruding from vagina and its correction with subcutaneous fetotomy is reported. Post-operative care comprised of administration of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs along with vitamin supplements and intrauterine therapy. The doe had an uneventful recovery.
