A Marwari mare was presented with history of dystocia. In obstetrical examination, confirmed fetal hydrocephalus. Dystocia was corrected successfully by slight manipulation. Fluid from cranial cavity was drained by puncturing cavity and fetus was removed by applying traction after correction. After successful foaling, animal was put on fluid therapy, antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and nerve tonics for 5 days. The animal recovered successfully.
