A graded murrah buffalo in 3rd calving was presented with history of prolapse of uterus and intestines after delivery of male calf through dystocia. Prolapse of uterus and intestines occurred through the tear in vaginal wall. The prolapsed intestine was repositioned into abdominal cavity with gentle force without causing damage to internal organs through tear in left dorso-lateral wall of vagina. The vaginal tear was sutured. The animal recovered uneventfully.
