A case of post partum uterine prolapse in a Assam local goat was presented for treatment. After eight hours of normal kidding (2 numbers of kids delivered) the uterine mass was protruded out in eversion and hanging down from vulva towards hock. After epidural anesthesia, the organ was cleaned from dirt and washed with Acriflavin solution (1:1000). No placental part was found attached to the caruncles. With effective antibacterial coverage, the prolapsed mass were replaced manually with the help of palm and finger of hands into the pelvic cavity. After a month the case recovered successfully.
