The report documents postpartum uterine prolapse and its successful medico-surgical management in a doe. The prolapsed organ was carefully assessed and gross debris were removed by washing with potassium permanganate lotion. Epidural anaesthesia was achieved by lignocaine solution and reduction of prolapsed mass was undertaken. Treated with Isoxuspurin, antihistaminic, Amoxicillin and Cloxacillin, Flunixin meglumine and neurotropic vitamins. There was no recurrence and recovered uneventfully.
