Thirty seven cases (twenty nine buffaloes and eight cows) were presented with history of pre-partum cervico-vaginal prolapse. All cases were managed using antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, antihistaminic and application of rope truss. Inj. Progesterone was also used in some cases, for term maintenance. Animals recovered and delivered normally.
