The present study was conducted to determine the earliest gestation stage at which pregnancy could be detected through per-rectal and trans-abdominal ultrasonography in goats. Ten does were tested for pregnancy using ultrasound with 2D per-rectal, curvilinear trans-cutaneous and 3D volumetric probe. Ultrasound was found effective to detect pregnancy on 20th day in does.
