The present study included 24 clinical cases of BRD complex in buffaloes brought with complaint of anorexia, fever, nasal discharge, coughing, dyspnoea and abnormal lung sounds on auscultation of thoracic area. The diagnosis was based on clinical signs, haematological findings (leuckocytosis with neutrophilia) and confirmed by cultural and radiological examination. Bacterias isolated from nasal swab samples were Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, E. coli, Diplococcus spp., Pasteurella multocida and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Antibiogram profile of isolates revealed Ceftiofur to be the most sensitive anti-bacterial.
