A crossbred cow was presented with swollen udder and history of semisolid udder with enlargement and pus drainage through a small opening. Radical surgery was performed and pus/fibrosed tissue samples were sent for microbiological and histopathological examination. On the basis of laboratory finding, Streptococcus agalactiae infection with sensitivity to gentamicin and fibrous tissue proliferation was diagnosed. Animal was treated with gentamicin and other supportive drugs and followed up till complete recovered.
